Sandra Elwood has been a working full-time in clinical practice for 3 years, working as a Nurse Practitioner in Minnesota with specialization in Family Practice. She completed her Master’s in Nursing at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. in 2014 and completed her Bachelor’s in Nursing at Minnesota State University in Moorhead, MN. Prior to working as a Nurse Practitioner, she was employed as a Registered Nurse for 10 years working in the hospital acute care setting. Sandy’s love for the medical field and helping others stems from being a volunteer EMT for 8 years prior to her nursing career. Her career has entailed educating and promoting positive health practices and disease prevention to patients of all ages.
