The first step is getting to know each other. Schedule your New Patient In-Office Consultation with an OnCall Healthcare provider. During your visit, your provider will conduct an examination and establish you as an OnCall Healthcare member.
Step 2: Request a Visit
Once you're established, many conditions can be treated or monitored online from the comfort of your home. When you have a non-emergent medical concern, simply request a visit to speak with an OnCall Healthcare provider online.
Step 3: Online Consultation
Connect with a board certified OnCall Healthcare provider from the comfort of your home. During your visit, your provider will develop a treatment plan. If you need a prescription, your provider can e-prescribe your prescription to a pharmacy near you.
Some conditions simply cannot be treated online. For issues that require hands on care, an in-office visit may be recommended.
OnCall Healthcare is not an emergency service. If you have an emergency, please dial 911.
